Recently, Joe had the opportunity to go out to Dunboyne Castle to take photographs for their brand new summer menu in the IVY Restaurant, which will be launched soon.
The menu was created by Chef Ian Daly and his brilliant team. The new menu has a wide variety of summer treats to choose from.
Spending the afternoon photographing delicious dishes isn’t anyone’s definition of a bad time, and Joe got some fabulous shots on the day!
